Aging/Living in Place Consultation

As an Aging in Place Coach, I provide personalized virtual consultations via Zoom to help you stay safely and comfortably in your home as you age.

During our sessions, we'll discuss your specific needs and desires, focusing on supporting your functional performance in daily activities, ensuring safety, and preventing falls.

Together, we’ll identify practical solutions and modifications to your living environment, promoting independence and enhancing your quality of life.

My goal is to help you create a home that supports your well-being and allows you to age in place with confidence.

How to prepare for Your Session

To make the most of your Aging in Place coaching session with me over Zoom, preparation is key.

Please take the time to complete the provided questionnaire before our meeting. This will help me understand your unique needs and priorities.

Additionally, sharing photos or videos of the areas in your home that you believe need the most improvement will allow us to identify and address potential safety and accessibility issues effectively.

Ensure that you are set up with Zoom and familiar with its basic functions to facilitate a smooth session.

I encourage you to include all family members and caregivers in the meeting. Their input and presence are valuable as we work together to create a safer, more functional living environment. Together, we can develop practical solutions that will support your independence and well-being at home.

SERVICES

Complete the questionnaire and schedule a initial aging in place coaching session with Ryan. This is a 90 minute session that will include recommendations and ideas to improve your environment for safety, accessibility, functionality and aesthetics.
The fee for this service is $275.00

This service is a 60 minute session via zoom to go in more depth on developing plans to improve areas of the interior and exterior home, product recommendations and researching contractors in your area to get the job done.
The fee for this service is $185.00

Some modifications are more complex, expensive, and require specialized contractors to install. I offer additional support as a liaison between you and the contractors to ensure that the correct products are ordered and installed as planned. The fee for this service is $165.00.
